Terms of Service — OrderBeaver by CorePDI
Effective date: 2026-08-18 Last updated: 2026-08-24
1. About these terms
OrderBeaver is an order-management platform operated by CorePDI ("we", "us"). These terms cover both the businesses that use OrderBeaver to take orders and the customers who place orders through an OrderBeaver storefront.
2. What OrderBeaver does
OrderBeaver gives independent food businesses a storefront, an order form and an admin dashboard. We provide the software. The business you order from is responsible for the goods it makes, its prices, and its fulfillment.
3. Payments
We do not process payments. Businesses display their own payment instructions and you pay them directly. We never handle, transmit or store card details. Any record of a deposit or balance is a note made by the business, not a payment we processed.
4. SMS Terms
This section covers the text-message program. It is written to meet US carrier requirements.
4.1 Program name and description
The program is OrderBeaver Order Notifications, operated by OrderBeaver by CorePDI on behalf of the business you ordered from.
If you opt in, you receive text messages about the status of an order you placed. These are:
- confirmation that your order has been received
- confirmation that your order has been accepted, including any deposit due
- notice that your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery
- notice that your order is complete
- notice that your order has been cancelled
Messages are sent only about orders you placed. We send no marketing or promotional text messages.
4.2 Consent
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can place an order without agreeing.
You give consent by checking the SMS consent box on the order form. The box is not checked for you.
4.3 Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on how many orders you place and how each progresses. A single order typically generates up to five messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not OrderBeaver, sets those charges.
4.4 How to stop messages — step by step
To stop receiving text messages:
- Open the text message conversation from the number that messaged you.
- Reply with any one of these words: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
- Send the message. Capitalization does not matter — stop works the same as STOP.
- You will receive one confirmation message telling you that you have been unsubscribed. After that we send you no further texts.
To start receiving messages again, reply START to the same number, or check the SMS consent box the next time you place an order.
4.5 How to get help
- Reply HELP to any message from us to receive help information by text.
- Or email us at admin@orderbeaver.io.
Note: if you have already opted out, replying HELP will not reach us. Email us instead.
4.6 Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions, which are outside our control. We cannot guarantee that any message will arrive, or arrive at a particular time. Do not rely on a text message alone for time-critical information about your order — your order details are also available by email.
4.7 Supported carriers and devices
Text messages require a mobile phone able to receive SMS. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or devices.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the effective date above.
